Working principle of YFZ-80 hydraulic ram

YFZ-80 type hydraulic tie respacer, is composed of a working cylinder, plunger pump, oil tank, unloading valve, cylinder seat body and a movable plug. The structure adopts the principle of hydraulic jack. The working oil cylinder is composed of a piston, a piston ring, an oil cylinder, a sealing ring, a reset spring and a connecting main part. When the high pressure oil enters the oil cylinder from the oil pump discharge valve, the piston is pushed to move along the axial direction. After the unloading valve is opened, the piston will automatically reset under the action of the reset spring. The working stroke is controlled by the size of the structure. Plunger pump is composed of pump core, oil pump cover, leather bowl, sealing ring and valve body. Valve body is a combination of two ball check valves, with oil absorption and oil discharge function. Unloading valve is through the valve stem to move the ball to complete the valve performance. Oil tank, oil cylinder, piston pump are connected by threads in the cylinder seat, and the end part of the cylinder head movable connector can be articulated, and migraine, in order to adapt to the requirements of the side slope of hafnium pillow.
