Wear resistant steel product details
Wear resistant steel plate is used for large area wear conditions of special plate products. At present, wear-resistant steel is commonly used in toughness, good plasticity of the ordinary low carbon steel or low alloy steel by surface wear-resistant alloy layer with excellent welding composite thickness with high hardness, wear resistance and made of sheet metal products. In addition, there are casting wear-resistant steel plate and alloy quenched wear-resistant steel plate.
Structural characteristics of wear resistant steel plate
Wear resistant steel plate is composed of two parts: low carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resisting layer. The alloy wear resistant layer is generally 1/3~1/2. At the time of operation, the matrix is provided with the strength, toughness, plasticity and other comprehensive performances of resisting the external force, and the wear resistance of the alloy wear-resistant layer is provided to meet the requirements of the specified working condition. The wear resistant alloy plate is a metallurgical bond between the wear-resistant layer and the substrate. Through special equipment, automatic welding process, the high hardness protective alloy wire is uniformly welded on the substrate, composite layers one layer to two layers or multilayer, composite process because of different alloy contraction ratio, uniform transverse crack, this is a significant characteristic of wear resistant steel plate. The alloy wear resistant layer is mainly made of chromium alloy, at the same time, it also contains other alloying elements, such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel and so on. The microhardness of carbide can reach above HV1700-2000, and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. The alloy carbide has high stability at high temperature, high hardness and good oxidation resistance, and can be used normally within 500 DEG C. A narrow form of wear-resisting layer (2.5-3.5mm), wide channel (8-12mm), (S, W) curve; mainly in chromium, manganese, molybdenum, and adding niobium, nickel, boron and other alloy composition, distribution of fibrous microstructure of carbide in the fiber direction and the vertical surface. Carbide content of 40-60%, the microhardness can reach HV1700 or more, the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62.
Classification of wear resistant steel structures
Wear resistant steel plate is divided into general type, impact and high temperature resistant type three; wear resistant steel plate thickness can reach the minimum 5.5 (2.5+3) mm, the thickness can reach 30 (15+15) mm; wear resistant wear resistant steel plate can be rolled the minimum diameter of DN200, and can be processed into three links, elbow, wear resistance wear resistant tube.
