3MW Permanent-magnet Synchronous Wind-driven Generator
As the single unit capacity of wind-driven generator is increased£¬low speed permanent-magnet synchronous wind-driven generator£¬ whose drive mode adopts semi-direct drive structure£¬ becomes one of the key development directions. ¡¡
Due to large volume and heavy weight of direct-drive generator stator£¬ further increase in its capacity will cause difficulties in manufacture and transportation. Integrated driven type (semi-direct drive) wind-driven generator becomes the optimum plan to solve this problem. Through adding a primary gear box at drive end, speed of generator can be accelerated, and dimension of the machine can be efficiently reduced£¬ therefore£¬ power grade of generator can be further improved. 3MW permanent-magnet synchronous wind-driven generator is developed to meet this requirement.
Main technical features

Stator applies vacuum pressure impregnation varnish£¬ and winding insulation is very reliable;
Permanent-magnet synchronous motor enjoys wider speed control and higher efficiency.
Automatic lubricator is applied to fuel the bearing£¬ easy for maintenance.
Stator winding is equipped with thermal resistance sensor for monitoring temperature rise of winding in real-time;
Motor is embedded with moisture-proof heater£¬ to prevent condensation at winding ends£¬ when the machine is shutdown.
All the surface structure applies three-proofing treatment to meet the requirement of three-proofing£¬ which can improve surface anticorrosion capability.
