Main technical features
Reliability
It applies nodular cast iron base and end cap with radiating rib structure£¬ good low temperature property and mechanical strength. Due to nodular cast iron has good nature and structural design£¬ motor structure enjoys high mechanical strength£¬ excellent rigidity and vibration resistance.
Reliable bearing design: Double ball bearing structure is applied by this motor and installation of which can be inclined.
It employs poor-adhesive-contented insulation system£¬H grade insulation structure£¬ and manufacture process of VPI integrated impregnation varnish. ¡¡Main insulation and inter-turn of conductors have high shock-resistance voltage strength.
Reasonable structural design makes the axle voltage almost as zero. Copper bar welded rotor is applied to ensure reliable operation of motor.
Three coatings on the surface of motor enjoy excellent anticorrosion property£¬ which ensures motor adaptable to various bad environments (Such as: salt frog£¬ dust£¬ sand and etc.).
Convenience
Four lead outlets can be installed at ventilation channel of motor base£¬ which is easy for leads. Protection grade of junction box is IP54 design£¬ and interior is equipped with earthing equipment.
Front and back ends of motor are equipped with bearing non-stop oil filling and discharge equipments£¬ easy for maintenance. It has oil drain pipe to storage waste oil.
Economy
Stator employs magnetic slot wedge£¬ which reduces stray loss of motor and improves efficiency of motor£¬ thus it enjoys good economic performance.
It adopts totally enclosed design£¬ with protection grade IP54. Main part of thermal loss transmits from stator core to radiating rib of base£¬ and then is taken away by exterior cooling air. Other part of thermal loss (mainly generated by winding ends of rotor and stator) transmits to base and end covers through interior cooling air duct£¬ and then is taken away by exterior cooling air. Motor has two sets of independent cooling air duct which are interior and exterior cooling air ducts£¬ with good cooling effect.
External fan of motor can be bi-directional or unidirectional fan£¬ and the latter has features of low noise£¬ high efficiency and high wind pressure. However£¬ contrarotation is not allowed on motor.
